Lovely Double Room in Dartington

I'm looking for a friendly housemate who enjoys living with others. I'm an experienced landlady who has good boundaries and respects folk who stay in my home. There's a shared bathroom and study/bedroom upstairs and my bedroom is adjacent to the rented room.
Downstairs is a well equipped communal kitchen and spacious dining room, a south facing pet proof garden and patio. Local shops, gym, sauna, restaurants/excellent Cott Inn and post office are all within walking distance. I also cook for an older lady who is staying in the downstairs annexe until she buys a house.
