I have 2 lovely bright roooms available. A single bedroom with your own sitting room/study room next door. Sharing kitchen and bathroom and lovely private garden. It's a cosy house with central heating, washing machine and broadband. Lots of parking. I'm looking for an independent working person/student. I'm friendly and outgoing and would make you feel welcome but would very much leave you to your own devices! The rent is £350 pcm for both rooms - with an additional charge for broadband.
