The room is on the second floor with a king size bed and wash basin. The rental is £600 pcm. The rental includes all utilities (electric, gas & water), wifi, and rates. A separate shower is provided - only used by this room.
Located a 2 minute walk to the centre of Dartmouth with a bus stop outside with multiple route links around the area. The kitchen is fully equipped and each tenant has their own fridge in the utility room. The utility has a washing machine and dryer. There is a communal dining room and sitting room.
Tenants primarily work shifts as well as at weekends so respecting privacy and quiet time is important.
A deposit of £500 is required in advance and rent is payable monthly in advance.
