Main bathroom off living space is primarily for the use of new tenant and house visitors due my room having an En-Suite. Large East facing balcony off of the living space offers great view down into the Dart estuary. Room has a large big window looking East across the Dart Estuary and comes with the furnished items shown but accommodation can be made to get rid of these if you have your own.
