Character House In Centre Of Town

We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our lovely house in Dartmouth. The house is old and full of character right in the centre of this stunning yachting town. It has fine views down beautiful Foss Street with its art galleries and unique shops. The river is three minutes walk away.

The room is a on the top floor with two windows so is very bright. There is a double bed with high quality mattress. There is a cosy kitchen with granite tiled floor and spotlights. The house is very warm even in winter with full gas central heating and radiators in every room. There are two showers plumbed into a megaflow system giving a terrific pressure. There is a washing machine and tumble drier for your clothes.

The rent includes council tax and water rates and broad band wireless internet. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
