The flat is immaculately presented throughout, and is fully furnished (although we may be able to store some items if you have your own).
The main living space is open-plan. The kitchen area has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher, together with crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking pots etc. There's also underfloor heating in here - lovely for chilly mornings!
The living/dining area has a leather reclining sofa, a 55" smart TV with soundbar, a stereo with a 3.5mm jack for phones, a desk, shelving, and a dining table and chairs. The living room leads onto a private balcony with far-reaching views across the water, furnished with a small bistro table and chairs.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed and high-quality solid oak bedroom furniture: two bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. Large ceramic bedside lamps are also provided if required, and there is a wall-hung full length mirror.
The separate dressing room/study has built-in wardrobes (including drawers and shoe-racks), a dressing-table/desk, and a chair.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a bath with a really good, powerful shower over, a basin with storage drawers, and a low-level WC. The bathroom cabinet has heated mirrors, colour-changing LED mood lighting, a Bluetooth speaker, and a shaver/electric toothbrush point.
The current EPC rating is E, and the Council Tax Band is A. All smoke/heat alarms and safety certificates are current.
