A modern furnished 8 berth CARAVAN for recreation use or work needs. 2 single rooms (two single beds in each rooms) and one double room + double sofa bed in living room area. There is unlimited WIFI, a washer dryer, a digital tv, central heating, double glazing, an air conditioning unit for one room of your choice, 1 toilet & 1 bathroom.

An additional complimentary bottle of wine & drinks will be included to welcome you to this caravan 'Dawn's Den'.

On site pool is available at a small cost & an onsite restaurant for all, there is a beautiful sandy beach, arcades, fast food restaurants, pubs/restaurants and a fun fair just a 10 minutes walk away, plus a grocery store only a 5 minutes walk away. There are some gorgeous walking paths and countryside areas to explore nearby and there is access to a train station just 15 minutes walk away (Dawlish warren train station). There are bus routes local as well. Parking is included outside the caravan for one car and there is also a car park on site for other guests by the caravan parks reception area.

In the caravan you can have the option of having a printer inside (for work use) with no extra cost.
