The property is available to rent @ £850 pcm for two people, or £950 pcm if shared by 2 -4 persons.

It is only 7 mins walk to the beach, shops, pubs, takeaways, golf club and train station.
The City of Exeter and the M5 is only 11 miles away.

The rent does "not" include gas and electricity bills, but does include basic Wifi.
The rent is paid in advance monthly. This can be rented as a whole property or as a "share".

The Security Deposit is £750 (whole property) or £500 each (if a "shared" rental).

I will need ID ,proof of income and a reference, and a Tenant Contract completed, for each Tenant.
