Double Bedroom in a large modern home

I have a double furnished room to let, to share with just myself and 2 dogs (a cocker and a dachshund). It’s in the village of Holcombe, between Teignmouth and Dawlish. There is a modern bathroom for sole use and an upstairs study. I like to keep the downstairs lounge for myself in the evenings, but the study has a sofa in and could be used as a private sitting room. I don’t use this room myself.
The house is a modern, 4 bedroomed property, set in a tranquil, pretty location, at the end of a road. The room has fantastic views across an agricultural valley and the sea.
It has a large, fully equipped Kitchen/diner, downstairs WC, utility room, lounge and pretty garden. There is also a garage, which could store a bike etc.
It has EE full fibre broadband (500 Mbps) and plenty of parking in front of house and driveway.
There are frequent buses from Holcombe and Holcombe beach is just a short walk away.
All bills are included.
I would prefer a professional who works full time and is clean and tidy.
