Spacious double room in a nicely furnished flat in the town centre of Dawlish, at just a couple of steps to the train station, bus stop and the beach. The flat includes a living room with a sofa bed, dining table and a large smart TV. The double bedroom comes with a comfortable bed with mattress, a large wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, a chest of drawer, a computer desk and a bedside cabinet.

The rent includes council tax and all bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband, Netflix, Prime video with Discovery).

The viewings are now open and the bedroom can be available from 1st October. I'm a 32 years old living-in landlord working in an engineering company in Exeter. I'm clean and tidy, social, friendly and easy-going at the same time. I go for runs on the seafront and hit the gym regularly. I enjoy a kick-about with friends and love spending time outside in general, although I do enjoy watching movies and documentaries too in the evening. Board games are very entertaining too to me, same as socialising in the pub.

I'm looking for a housemate who can rent my spare bedroom. Ideally a professional who shares some of my interests and enjoys to spend time with others.
