I live in Dawlish a 10 min walk into town Center, 2mins by car, I have a double room to rent ideally would prefer a female but would consider males, looking for a chilled out professional person that it's tidy, currently having an extension built on kitchen which does not effect the use of it just that it is currently small, large lounge and dinning area, anything else u want to know or to come look round send me a message !
