- I have a lovely dog (Labrador) who would not access the room (unless you invite her in!)

Looking for someone who is reasonably tidy.
Will consider someone with a pet but need to ensure suitable for both animals to be around each other (eg no cats)
Ideally would like someone who doesn’t or rarely works from home as I work from home and am not able to share my office space.
