One bedroom self contained annex for rent

Hey, I’m advertising my one bedroom self contained annex located in the Derriford area of Plymouth. The property is 50 metres from the bus route into Plymouth and is a short walk to Derriford hospital and the Devonshire racquet club.
The annex consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen / living area with washing machine and modern amenities. There is a small shower room and ample on street parking.

I’m Ideally looking for a professional person and will be non smoking / pet free I’m afraid.

All bills will be included (including wifi) and I’d ask for one months deposit upfront also.

About me, I’m a working professional with a 6 year old boy. The annex is self contained with no access to my house but we would be living above :). Please feel free to message with any questions and it will be available to move in from 15/12/24.
