Room for rent - Estover, near hospital

Fully furnished room to rent in Wasdale Gardens, a short distance from Derriford Hospital and on the 50/51 bus route. The bed is optional, i am happy to remove if someone wishes to bring their own but the wardrobe must stay. Extra storage available within loft (within reason).

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom (shower), downstairs toilet, kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar), living room (Virgin Media TV with sports, cinema etc and 350mbps wifi) and a large garden.

You’ll be sharing with me and my housemate Sam (friend of over 10 years), we are both working people, non smoking (smokers accepted but only outside), we are big Argyle/football fans so if you’re a fan of football, even better! All housework is shared, we just for anyone to help-out now and again and tidy any mess they make.

Person must be able to put up with dogs as I have a Pug called Geoffrey, he’s harmless and just sleeps on my bed all day though.

Two shops within walking distance- Asda and Premier. On street parking outside and an outside cupboard for any deliveries.
