The room: Street-facing double en suite with toilet, sink, electric shower over bath. Unfurnished but already has thick curtains and interior locks. You'll have control over the temperature as your room houses the boiler (in cupboard).
The flat: The rest of this top floor flat comprises spacious kitchen-living area with view over garden, and upstairs in the attic is my own bedroom, bathroom and study. The house has a fairly big garden. On-street parking is possible but not guaranteed.. Washing machine and dryer are in an outhouse in the garden. Co-op and park very close by. Living room / kitchen area is furnished with sofa, TV, two-person dining table, microwave, stove, sink and refrigerator.
Pets: I have a leopard gecko and a corn snake. Small pets are welcome. Landlord specifies NO cats or dogs.
Smoking: Landlord specifies NO indoor smoking. There is a balcony above the fire escape on the landing outside our flat which is ideal for this.
Interests: Art, animals, photography, psychology, video games, computers, civil rights and music, among other things. I love talking to people about their passions. I'm studying Publishing at Plymouth University, and I currently work weekends as a sales assistant..
