Very close to the Dockyard and the Devonport Park. Local shops nearby as well supermarkets. Parking available on a street. 2 build in wardrobes in a room.

Rent for a couple or two people is £600pcm and the deposit is £400.

I typically stay here for 2 nights a week, sometimes I don't come at all. Lovely park next door.

Kitchen available for cooking. Dedicated storage in cupboards and fridge freezer. Washer/drier available as well. There is a Netflix in a living room with 50" TV. There is a cat in a property.

New bathroom and toilet just fitted in March.

Viewings in person are MANDATORY. We're looking for very tidy and clean lodgers.
