There is an en-suite room on the top floor that is suitable for couples. £650 single occupancy, £750 for couples.

The other double room on that floor is £50 cheaper per month because it is not en-suite, so shared use of bathroom on the floor below.

Shared kitchen, laundry room and small back garden. Small shed for storing things that don’t fit in your room. Items left in the shed are left at your own risk. Locking up is advisable.

THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD STC. Therefore it is mandatory that I only rent to people on a short term basis and that they fully understand that the absolute only way that I could extend for longer, would be if the sale fell through.
