Beautiful Fully Furnished King Size Room

I have a beautiful fully-furnished king size room that is available in my townhouse on Chapel Street in Devonport. Currently there are 2 of us living there, both doctors, and we are looking for a young professional to move in to the third bedroom. The house has a bathroom on the top floor next to the bedroom, a living room on the first floor and a large kitchen dining room on the ground floor that opens up to a private patio and garden. The house and bedroom is fully furnished and available to move in immediately!
I am in the Royal Navy as a doctor and spend my time between Portsmouth and Plymouth and the other tenant is a junior doctor in Derriford Hospital. The bills are split evenly between us and are paid on a monthly basis along with the rent. These include council tax (the property is band C), gas and electricity, broadband, and water. I pay for a cleaner separately myself who comes for 2 hours once a week.
Parking can be discussed as there are 2 car parking spaces in the gated car park.
We are both sociable people, both in relationships and are both outdoorsy people who enjoy rugby and sea swimming.
We are looking for a friendly and sociable person to fill the other bedroom and are welcoming to all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
