I have 2 beautiful fully-furnished king size rooms that is available in my townhouse on Chapel Street in Devonport. Currently it is just me living there and I am between Plymouth and Southampton for work. I am looking for 2 young professionals to move in to the other bedrooms. The house has a bathroom on the top floor next to the bedrooms, a living room on the first floor and a large kitchen dining room on the ground floor that opens up to a private patio and garden. The house and bedroom is fully furnished and available to move in immediately!
I am in the Royal Navy as a doctor and spend my time between Portsmouth and Plymouth. The bills are all included in the rent, including council tax, gas and electricity, broadband, and water. I pay for a cleaner as well who comes for 2 hours once a week.
There are 2 car parking spaces in the gated car park.
I am a sociable person, engaged to my fiancé who lives in Southampton and I am an outdoorsy person who enjoys rugby and sea swimming.
I am looking for friendly and sociable people to fill the other bedrooms and I am welcoming to all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
