Double Room opposite Devonport Park

We've got a double room in our lovely flat right opposite Devonport park. Shared garden with other residents of the building. We have lots of plants and our eco-conscience people and would be looking for someone who shares that value. Naturally we'd like to live with someone who is kind and considerate and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I work as an ecologist and my partner works as a horticulturalist at The Eden Project, she spends the week down in Cornwall and is usually back on weekends so it will likely be just me and you [whomever you may be] most of the time. We're not big drinkers or party people but enjoy small social gatherings and board games with meals. There is free on street parking.
