The property is a new townhouse within Devonport with live in landlord and male housemate, we are both clean and friendly proffesionals. There is a lovely, friendly and playful 1 year old jack russell cross dog living here also who can make you feel at home if nothing else.
The house is within walking distance to the dockyard (5 minutes) and the town centre is a 5 minute drive away with nearby bus stops if required.
Minimum of 3-month let at first with the possibility of long term following the end of contract. Rent is £350pcm INCLUDING gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax and most cleaning supplies.
