Having recently moved back into my own house after working away, I'm looking for a new housemate.

The house is generously proportioned and you will have the largest bedroom. The kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine, seperate tumble dryer, large fridge freezer and all required mod cons. Living room is bright and has a large corner sofa, TV with Sky and access to private balcony. Your room has a double bed with comfortable mattress, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV aerial. Room for either a desk or a small sofa. Bathroom has electric shower over a bath and toilet and sink. There is a shed downstairs for pushbike storage, and parking is on the road but not difficult. Access to the dockyard, college and city center are all easy.

I'm a busy person who can hold a conversation, I like to let loose occasionally but tend not to during the week. I have shared this house with a few people, as well as lodged with others, so understand the needs from both sides. I have a regular professional cleaner for communial areas.
