I have a Double room in a 3 Story house within the Devonport area.

This will be a house share with one male(landlord) and one Male tenant. You will have a double room with a King size bed. This room will be fully furnished.

There is a large living room which has a full sky package. There is free super fast WiFi throughout the property. All bills are included and require tenants to respect the usage of supplies.

This accommodation is preferably for working professionals.
I will not accept workers from home. Shift workers may be considered.

I am clean and tidy and would expect the same, ensuring the communal kitchen is kept up a high standard.
I would like a person with professional employment who respects their selves as much as others.
Tenants need to like dogs. I have a puppy cockapoo who is 8 months old (Nov).

The house is situated within a close community and is close to the city centre. Bus routes are easily assessable.

There is an allocated parking spot which is not used as there is plenty of parking at the front of the property.
