There is no washing machine but an option to use the main house machine/dryer for a small charge - TBD.

This is a self contained flat attached to our house but it has separate access. It has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom (King Size bed), and walk in shower in the bathroom. it has its own off road private parking.

We are located in Diptford a small village 10 minutes from South Brent, 15 -20 mins from Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Easy access to Plymouth (12 miles) and Exeter via A38 (which is 5 mins from our house). Train station at Ivybridge and Totnes.

We live in the main house with our children and 3 dogs.
