The accommodation comprises of a furnished bedroom with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair by a cosy fireplace. The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, dependent on need.

The village of Dolton (with two lovely pubs!) is situated 7 miles from Torrington and is around a 30 minute drive away from Barnstaple and Bideford.

I am a lady of retirement age, who enjoys her own company but is also happy to be social. The room would suit someone who has their own transport, and there is driveway parking. You will have your own separate bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, and shared access to lounge and kitchen facilities.
Couples may be accepted subject to discussion and 100.00 GBP extra.
