Quiet location, private road, large room

The house is in a private road, in a quiet location in the village of Dousland. Set in a large garden, there is a choice of two rooms, both double, one with a king sized bed, the other a double bed with its own ensuite shower room. The kitchen is modern and has the usual dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, microwave.

Parking is on the drive and we sometimes have to play musical cars depending on how people have parked...

Literally 200 metres from the moors, ideal if you are a walker and want to walk off any stresses and strains.

Broadband, water, electricity etc included. There are 3 bathrooms, one of the rooms doesn't have ensuite but a shower room next to it only shared very occasionally. You can choose which of the two rooms you would prefer.

Ideally you will be looking for somewhere Monday to Friday. You may have your own home elsewhere but need to stay close to Plymouth for work. I am happy to consider 7 days a week if we think we suit!

Smokers can use the sunroom although it is preferable not to smoke in the house.
