I have a lovely double room to let, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, built in cupboard and a digital television aerial. The apartment has a nice modern kitchen, spacious living room with TalkTalk TV, broadband, and a garden to the rear (admittedly in need of some attention 😂).

I am on a quiet road with on street parking, no permit required. It's in a great location and convenient for Mutley, the City Centre, Derriford with really easy access to the A38 and there is a bus stop right at the end of the road.

I'm a friendly and sociable working professional, I'm clean and tidy and am looking for a like minded individual to share with. All of the bills are included in the rent. If you would like to know anything else or arrange a viewing then please let me know.
