Basic tidy single room

Single room in a tidy house. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac where there are parking spaces. The bus route takes you to Derriford hospital, Crownhill, Mutley Plain, City Centre. There are a few schools in the area too. We have 3 cats and one friendly whippet. The room is basic but adequately furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk. We are used to hosting students but we have just taken our first full time lodger who will be moving on shortly.
