The bedroom is a bright, medium sized single and overlooks the back of the house/garden. It is furnished. This can be changed depending on your requirements. You would have use of the kitchen, bathroom and garden terrace. We are within a two minute walk of the shops, post office, popular take aways and Elburton school. The bus stop for several bus routes is very nearby and the area is close to beautiful countryside and beaches including Wembury, Bovisands and Mothecombe beaches.
We have a friendly family home and I am professional working from a workshop in my garden.. It is a short term let until October approximately.
