There are two double bedrooms which share a shower room. The shower has a sloping ceiling so not good for anyone very all. It's about 4 miles from Plymouth city centre on bus route. Also easy access to A38, coast and moors.
Downstairs there is a full kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is off road parking, a garden, although no grass, and broadband. Upstairs has plenty of storage for you to use.
