Double Bedroom in Peaceful Nature Cottage

Hey there,

Myself and my Canine Companion Simba are looking for a New Home Mate to collaborate with us on creating a harmonious home hold in our Zen Femme Temple Cottage here embracing healing, rest, play and self discovery💙🩵💚🌞☯🪄

The cottage is nested in a secret sacred peaceful nature location in Elburton and is part of a small holding here of the land guardians who are also based here in the cottage next to us with their family. Is a very friendly and respectful bunch of humans 💚🍇😌👌

💎 Rental Costs for the Home Hold is: £500 a month + £200 each approximately for bills (less in summer) so full amount is approx. £700 a month.💎

🌻The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, two upstairs, one is small so used as a shared office/guest room at the moment, the other which I inhabit, then the living room downstairs has been converted into the bedroom that is available to yours, truly :) Its a very spacious double bed room with a wood burner, sofa and enough space to swing with the cats and etc. Comfortability with being directly underneath my room is important, so we can have curfews agreed for sounds which can travel in the cottage for sure, so working with this :)

There is one bathroom with bath and shower and toilet, of course. And the kitchen is sturdy and well functioning with an incredible privilege of having our own private borehole water source, regularly tested for safety and is direct from our taps! We have one front garden with a shed and a blossom tree and room for garden gatherings with a little fire pit and a washing line for drying clothes. 🌻

⛵The cottage is 20 mins drive from the Plymouth city and train station, 15 mins drive away from the beaches and coastal paths (eg; Wembury) and plenty of nature portals to explore on foot. 🌿

💟We are looking for someone who will feel in alignment in living with us here. Someone who is happy to collaborate and communicate in ways to live together optimally, honestly, care-fully and respect-fully, to have an understanding of importance of healthy boundaries and self time, and to feel confident to bring their own unique essence to our table...we are absolutely welcoming this. 💟

🐟🐏🪶A Little About Me: I am very much into cooking healthful medicinal concoctions at the moment, revolutionising the eating regimes, so I use the kitchen quite alot at the moment and am welcoming collaboration on this if interested. I am developing my hypnotherapy business so working at this online and from home sometimes. I like to dance and sing, very much into self awareness practices, love to talk about these things, and have little social gatherings... a few days a week I work out there as a support worker......And I am often going on walks with Simba...I love being based at home at the moment as Im working on developing grounded health practices so someone who is comfortable with this is important. I also go on travelling missions, so there is opportunity to have the whole space to self too. I am aiming to be all natural chemical free homehold so ideally we can be in agreement with this. We are an Animal Friendly homehold. We can accept feline friends aswell as one extra pooch. ❤🐎
