The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to Elburton Village, a park and playing fields. Easy to park on the street. Very close to bus stops.
Room only with shared use of the kitchen
Bills included. TV with firestick
Washing machine. Dishwasher. I am happy to put in an extra desk or a clothes rail and I can supply towels and bedding if needed.
I can either accommodate a partial week or weekends.

I am a sociable person who also occasionally likes my own space.
I am young at heart and have with 3 cats and have adult children visiting and staying occasionally.
