The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to Elburton Village, a park and playing fields. On street parking, but also close to bus routes.
Shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room and front garden (the garden will be mainly yours)
All bills except TV licence.
I am looking for a friendly, quiet, tidy and respectful lodger. I can either accommodate a partial or a 7 day week. I would prefer a person in full employment who does not work from home. Non smoker/ vaper.
I live with 3 cats and have adult children visiting and staying occasionally.
