2 Double Bedrooms in cosy, chilled out home

Looking for respectful, animal loving lodgers with good vibes to share my home with myself, my small dog and two cats (all of us very affable).

The rooms are fully furnished with shared access to bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory, multi-use garage and garden.

The village is well located with beaches 15 mins drives south, Dartmoor 10 mins north, Plymouth 20 mins west and Totnes 20 mins east. It has a great community feel to it with some great walking spots around, it's own pub, weekly yoga and art classes, and even its own samba band.

Important to have a clean and chilled out vibe in the house.
