This is a student house located on Clifton road, which is around the corner from Belmont Park, near the Odeon. It is convenient for getting to both Streatham Campus and St Lukes or the Medical School, and just a few minutes walk from the Odeon cinema, Vue cinema, Pyramids sports centre, the city centre and numerous bars, takeaways and Princesshay.

The house has a communal kitchen/diner and a separate living room on the ground floor. All bedrooms are upstairs along with a bathroom and a cloakroom.
Gas central heating and broadband are included in the rent.

I have to mention Council Tax is band C but students are exempt from paying it.

The landlord lives in Exeter and is easy to approach and more than happy to help if there is ever a problem.

The rooms all have a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and good storage space. The rooms work as very comfortable bedrooms and a nice study space as well.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier and has double glazing and gas central heating.

There is an on street resident parking scheme in operation and the residents of this house can purchase 2 parking permits and additional daily visitors permits.

Please be aware this house is for a group of STUDENTS ONLY on a joint tenancy agreement.

Minimum rental period is 11 months. House could be available from August if required.
