2 Rooms for Rent in Exeter - Peaceful Happy House

Hi there,

We are looking to rent both our rooms in our lovely home.


The house is roomy with lots of space so we`re not falling over each other. There is parking outside and a lovely quiet garden.

We are not vegetarians but
don't eat much meat so would prefer someone who isn't always frying steak in the kitchen!
Having the right people sharing our house is really important....we have a quiet, clean and restful space that we enjoy. We are not big drinkers and rarely have crazy parties, just possibly the odd friends for meal or staying over.
The house is open & bright, in good condition and well looked after. New bathroom and a spacious kitchen with conservatory and washing machine.
Lots of parking outside the house and close to train station and bus stop....10 mins into town centre and 20/30 mins to walk.
The photos of the bedrooms were the best I could do but it doesn't show how lovely they are and it is so much better to come and have a look for yourself😊
