En-Suite Double Room in Devon Long House

We have a large double room available in our recently refurbished house on the edge of the lovely village of Tedburn St Mary. The room has a private en-suit, Wi-Fi connection, an area to study, if you need it, and ample parking space. There are stunning views across the surrounding Devon hills and plenty of outside space to stretch your legs on warm evenings. There are two of us living in the house.

We do have a dog and a couple of cats and it is a smallholding so we have sheep and fowl

The property is just 15 minutes drive from Exeter city centre, university campuses and rail stations.
Although buses run into Exeter regularly from the village, the location is probably more suitable for a driver.

Tedburn is a friendly village located on the second exit of the A30 heading west; it has two pubs and a convenient local store. If you have to be away with work, why not choose a lovely destination, just a few minutes drive out of the city.
