There is a large double room with an ensuite (private toilet and shower) available in this fully furnished student flat.
It is the closest student accommodation to campus, which is only a 5 minute walk away, as well as being also very close to the town centre and train station.
The flat comes with all amenities such as laundry, tv, comfy sofas, desks, dining table etc.
Bills and wifi are included in the price.
The other housemates are three lovely girls, all studying at the University of Exeter, about to head into their third year. Very friendly and easy to get along with, we need one more girl to join them. They are clean, enjoy chatting and socialising and going out for drinks. They enjoy nights out but also are respectful and easy to live with.
