Double room in friendly house share

Comfy, friendly and well maintained house. Looking for one person for a house share.

The house is located in a quiet area of St Thomas, within walking distance to the university and city centre. The room is a spacious double, looking over the small garden, available from August. The room comes furnished, with plenty of storage space. There is a newly refurbished shared bathroom, a lounge, kitchen/diner and small conservatory leading out to a decked garden which is a lovely sun trap. There is a small shed in the garden which could fit a bike if required.

Current housemates are 2 biosciences PhD students who work at the university’s Streatham Campus. We are a social couple, both hard working and ambitious, but also enjoy trips to the beach and summer BBQ’s in the garden! We are very eco-conscious and both vegetarian/vegan.

Looking for a friendly housemate who has a good work/social balance! Preferably another postgrad student but would also consider professionals.

All bills are included (except council tax if you aren’t a student). It’s also possible to buy a parking permit if you need one.
