Room in the Center of Exeter

Hello,

We are looking for 1 new housemate to move in with us from the 2nd June, ideally someone looking for a long term contract. The house is managed through an agency, so all contracts are drawn up by them.

We are all working professionals who have busy lifestyles, yet enjoy making the house a friendly home. We are looking for a like-minded person (male or female) who are also tidy, respectful and are happy to help out with household chores once in a while. We've always been quite a sociable house, but equally do our own things.

The house is mostly furnished and equipped with everything you need, including broadband, however we welcome anything you wish to bring if you’re happy to share.
Additionally, the bedroom will be unfurnished.

We are centrally located in St Leonards which means a 5 minute walk from Princesshay, 15 minutes to Exeter Central, 30 minutes to the Hospital and 5 minutes from the main bus station - an ideal location!
