A well presented double room in Digby

I have a spare room to rent out in my house which is situated on the outskirts of Exeter. For Rugby, Ikea and Tesco fans, it is in the same area as the Exeter Chiefs Stadium, the big Ikea building and the big Tesco Extra.. :D

The house itself has the majority of the accommodation on the first floor except for the room vacant. It is a 5 minute walk from the Digby and Sowton train station where you can catch a 7 minute train to Exeter central, a 5 minute walk from a retail park where the Tesco Extra is situated and a 5 min drive from the M5.

I currently have one lodger who has lived with me for over 6 months. Both of us are young clean and tidy people and work well as a team. We are both in full time employment and are in long term relationships so both have busy lives.

Anyone interested must be a full-time working professional (proof required), a full time University student may also be considered and the ideal person would be of relatively similar age to us.

The room itself is a good size with a large cupboard and dressing area but there are slight limitations which is why I have slightly under-cut similar ads. Firstly you will have to walk upstairs from the room to get to the bathroom and off-road parking is not available although there is ample road parking outside the house. Although I myself keep the bathroom regularly clean and tidy there is only one. In the morning it is used by my lodger and myself at 7:00 and 7:20 respectively so these are times where it would not be free. Not usual things to mention but it is obviously important for it to work with three people.
