The available room is a double with en-suite shower room on the first floor at the back of the house.

The house is suitable for graduate professionals or post grad students, ideally aged 23 to 35.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and respectful of their housemates. Preferably working or studying at conventional hours. Someone who likes to live in a clean, tidy environment and does their share to keep it that way.
