£440 pcm, Student shared house

We're looking for one more housemate to join our student house share.

The house is a four bedroom terrace, a 10 minute walk from St Lukes campus and a 25 minute walk (or 10 minute cycle) from Streatham. We deal directly with the landlord so there are no agency fees. The room is £440 pcm with all bills included. The room comes with a double bed, and the previous tenant is selling a desk, chair and chest of drawers for the room if the new tenant is interested. We keep the place tidy and there's always a friendly atmosphere.

We are three guys, all around 26, one PHD student, one third year History student and a sports science masters student.

It's a fairly quiet house and we spend a lot of time in the week at the university, but we often share meals and hang out together in the evenings.

We're all climbers and surfers and get out of the house when we can to the coast or to Dartmoor. We like music too and head into town for gigs and nights out pretty regularly.
