This is a double room in a two bedroom Georgian flat.

The flat has been recently renovated so the furnishings and features are brand new, including the hot water system, kitchen + appliances, and heating. The bathroom and shower is wonderful to use. A cleaner comes fortnightly for all the rooms, and this is included in the rent.

The lovely room (3.7m x 2.2m) is in a fantastic, highly central location: 2 mins walk from centre of town and Quayside, 3 mins from St Davids station. Literally around the corner from Exeter Central and Co-op. Close to cycle paths. The University's Streatham campus is a 10 minute walk, and a bus stop that goes straight there is also around the corner.

I am the current tenant of the whole flat, and I am looking to sublet the second bedroom ideally to a long-term flatmate. I am a researcher at the University and travel a lot for work, so there are many long periods when I am away. I enjoy cooking and reading, and like keeping the flat tidy, but otherwise am an uncomplicated flatmate that can enjoy a good chat and drink as the occasion arises.

The flat will suit mature students and young professionals who would like to be centrally located in a clean, high quality, and well-maintained property. LGBT friendly.

The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with only myself. There is a Google Home, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, freezer, fridge, and TV but you would be more than welcome to bring in your own appliances.

The rent includes all utility bills, and fast broadband, references required. Parking permit for Zone J available.
