Furnished double room to let in a 3 bed-room house. Within walking distance from Exeter St Davids train station. Tesco express, Fish & chip and a Pub are just down the road. Free parking on the street.

All bills are included with the rent, including utilities and council tax . Communal area - Bathroom, Living room and kitchen are shared (keeping those areas tidy and clean is a shared responsibility too).

There is a TV in the double room (no TV in single room). Super fast fiber optic WiFi. South facing garden, and a good garden view from your room window.

I have got an orange cat called Simba (he is a very friendly cat). Although you don’t need to be a cat lover, you must be someone who wouldn’t mind cat.
