Available in May SINGLE OCCUPANCY . Nice double room to rent in our quiet home. Bathroom is mostly sole use but occasionally shared with my daughter if she stays overnight. Lovely
outlook over the rear garden. Small fridge in room, Ikea white wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet and small folding table. Desk available if required. On bus route to Exeter City centre. Close to shops . Superfast broadband and all bills included apart from food. Suitable for a professional person , non smoker only. Deposit required . Please don't just ask me if the room is available because I won't reply. Tell me a little bit about yourself and I will respond 😀. We have 2 friendly cats although they are not allowed in the bedroom so if you have an allergy to cats then this room is not suitable for you sorry. Sorry we are unable to accept DSS.
