This ad is for 1 bedroom within a well-sized flatshare (2 others).

The flat is in an ideal location only 5/10mins walk to Exeter city centre and a couple of minutes to St James Park train station. It is bright and airy with views of the city on one side, and a large shared garden on the other. The bedroom is furnished and there is a nice large shared lounge/dining room, along with a kitchen, and bathroom (see pictures).

You would be sharing the flat with my friend Chris and I (both 31). We are working professionals working 9 - 5, Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and respectful.

Bills are cheap, and council tax is at the lowest rate (Band A) all of which we divide by 3. The deposit is £265 which is protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme. There is a 6 month minimum term on the tenancy. Unfortunately no pets or DSS allowed. Smoking is also not allowed in the flat.
