Hi I’m Bethany and am looking to rent a double room in my first property. It’s a furnished double room in a pet and smoke free home with road parking to the front of the property.
The property is a 30min walk to the city centre, 20mins to the hospital and 20 mins from the nearest station. The local bus route is 3mins walk away and there’s numerous local shops.
I’m a 31 year old professional whom likes a mixture of a busy social and quiet life. The property has a large kitchen plus a shared living and dining space, with a garden at the front, yard at the back and each bedroom has a TV. Please set up a viewing to enquire more.
