Large bedroom to rent in St Thomas

We have a large spare room to rent in a spacious 4 bedroom house in the heart of St Thomas, just 10-15 minutes’ walk into the centre of town. The room is currently furnished with a day bed (a single that pulls out into a king sized bed), a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is a bathroom on the same floor; the tenant would have full but not exclusive access to the bathroom.

We are a couple into sport and being outdoors. One of us works from home the other locally, both with semi-regular trips away. We own the property and get it professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. We also have two very relaxed and friendly cats (Xanthe & Finn).

We are looking for someone who is clean and respects other people’s things. Our ideal tenant would be easy to get along with, who doesn’t mind living with a couple.
