Room available in student house, I've moved out and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy up until September.
Currently 4 other students in the house however they will be moving out at various times so may not be there for the duration of your stay.
Room (ground floor) comes with double bed, chest of drawers, shelves, wardrobe, desk and chair as well as a small conservatory that leads directly into the back garden.
Rent is £390 a month, broadband is £8.10 and bill's normally come to around £22 (I'll let you know if it's less than this!) however all would be paid to me to pass on to the landlord and flatmate in charge of the bills.
About a 20 minute walk to the university campus, town and the nearest supermarket (Morrisons) and a 10 minute walk to polsloe bridge station.
