Private, furnished accommodation available for a single professional person in a female owner occupied house in St Leonards, Exeter, EX2 for 4 nights, MON-FRI ONLY (no weekends) and will be available from early September 2025. Ideal for a business person needing weekday accommodation and has a permanent home to go at weekends.

In the desirable area of St Leonards, 20 mins walk and on 2 main bus routes to Exeter City Centre. Close to the Quay, cycle routes plus the cafés, shops and pub in Magdalen Road. Just down from the RD&E Hospital and County Hall, both less than 5 minutes walk away.

On offer is three private quirky but cosy, comfortable rooms in my 2nd floor loft conversion consisting of a small double bedroom, sitting room and shower room. The tenant would have also have use of the main house kitchen (own fridge and food cupboard) plus washing machine and agreed use of the garden.

The bedroom is equipped with the necessary furniture, bed linen and TV, suitable for short term occupancy. The sitting room has a TV, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

Cost is based on £30 p. n to include bills, council tax, WiFi. Residents Parking (10 - 4 weekdays) applies to this area so car parking within these hours would have to be discussed and agreed.
