I am the head tenant of a current shared house, 3 bed 2 bath new build townhouse with garden and garage, near IKEA and the rugby stadium. Free on street parking as well as driveway and garage.

Due to changes in his circumstances my landlord is having to switch this house from room lets to a short hold tenancy, and as such I am seeing if this would appeal to people. It is a beautiful house and I’ve been here a year and a half, would love to stay.

Excellent condition throughout and furnished. Both large double rooms sharing a bathroom.

Available from August, flexible on the dates. Viewings can be weekdays after 5:30 or on weekends.

He’ll be looking for £1150pcm between the three of us and as I’m in the largest room I’ll pay £450, other rooms are £350. Bills work out about £300pcm so for the rooms with bills will work out about £450 each month.
